About the Book
"In the Eye of the Storm" aims to defeat the stigma surrounding mental illness and raise awareness about the serious impact it has, especially on teenagers. This book includes information on a variety of mental illnesses that are common in teenagers. The goal of this book is to inform its readers about mental health and help them empathize with those who struggle. To accomplish this goal, "In the Eye of the Storm" features a series of collages that represent the unique mental health experiences within a group of teenagers. Each teenager was given a questionnaire regarding their mental illness, and their answers were used to create collages. This book uses an artistic representation of mental disorders in order to help people understand how deeply mental disorders can affect teenagers.
