Jounghee Won is an exceptional artist who earned her B.A. in Applied Art at Seoul National University of Science and Technology in 1994. Later, she earned an M.F.A. in Fine Art at Gachon University in Korea in 1997. Her works have been exhibited in Korea and the United States, and she has been recognized for her artistic talents in the form of numerous awards since 1994. To expand her artwork and to broaden her skills, she studied photography, graphic design, and ceramics at Bakersfield College for three years from 2015 to 2018. In February 2016, she joined at Bakersfield Art Association and has exhibited her works of art in a yearlong exhibition. In order to further develop her career, she is pursuing another master’s degree in Photography at California State University, Fresno.
