Just a simple print test stretching some images to see what is the final result at very different DPIs with both digital images and scans from medium format slide films.

I also tested the rendering of very thin text at different sizes on dark / light backgrounds to verify the crispness of the rendering when the text is done in Photoshop / InDesign at 300dpi.

While I was overall satisfied with this book, the results were pretty soft and made me understand the need for a sharpening workflow and so I started reading and finally came out with another small printing test book to tests those techniques.

All these tests are in preparation for a large book that I am getting ready to deliver - sometimes by end of July hopefully -- about my recent visit to Japan.
