My first job and learning to drive was at age 11, fired the first time, for being too young at age 13, first traffic ticket at age 16. Married at 18 we had our first child at 20 and before the age of 21 I was supervising three carpenter foremen and 45 carpenters and laborers half of whom were old enough to be my grandfather. This after taking a month to recuperate from a stroke and still these words rang in my ears…
