About
Beth is an aspiring poet based in San Diego. Her debut collection, smile, girl., explores love and loss, insecurity, depression, and the resilience it takes to survive life’s darkest moments. Drawing from her personal experiences, her work as a crisis counselor with The Trevor Project, and a 22-year career in the U.S. Navy, Beth writes with honesty and hope.
Influenced by her background as a musician and artist, her poetry blends lyrical rhythm with raw emotion, seeking beauty within chaos. She lives with her son, Oliver, and two dogs, Maya and Simone, and hopes her work reminds readers they are never alone.
